Be sure to obtain the appropriate license for your intended use of the commissioned artworkYou may use the artwork for personal purposes like avatars, wallpapers, and personal displays, and you can print or physically reproduce it solely for personal use, not for resaleFor monetized content a 15% fee applies, the art I create can be used for streaming and general content on social media platforms, they are not permitted for redistribution or use in external projects, whether for commercial purposes or notFor commercial merchandise a 50% fee applies, the art I create can be reproduced, sold and used for projects, including but not limited to items like t-shirts, mugs, and public flyersIf the client wishes to upgrade your license later, please contact meI maintain full copyright of my work, allowing me to redistribute or use the image for sales or self-promotion unless agreed otherwiseRegardless of the license you may not use AI to train on or manipulate my art or it's likenessRegardless of the license you may not create or distribute NFTs made of my artPayments
I require a minimum upfront deposit of 50% of the cost of the commissions before starting, the remaining cost needs to be paid before the final files are deliveredRefunds
When the client wishes to cancel the ongoing commission, any payments done will not be refundedOnce final files have been delivered, the client is no longer able to cancel the commission and is not eligible for refundsWhen I wish to cancel a commission, the client will receive full refundCommunication & Revisions
The client will be provided updates and pictures throughout each stage of the creation process. (Sketch, Line art, Flat color, Shading and so on) There will be minimum if one update per weekThe client is expected to give feedback for each stage of the creation process to ensure the commission meets their expectationsOnce the final files are delivered, no more revisions will be done unless I decide otherwise, for any major changes after the final files are delivered, please get in contact or request another commissionI cannot be held accountable for any issues with the final filesTurnaround Time
The illustration commissions may require up to 4 weeks to completeThe VTuber commissions may take 2 months or moreWhen the client has a deadline, I will try my utmost to deliver in time but it cannot be guaranteed
